A booking is only confirmed/reserved once the completed Booking Form has been completed and £500 deposit paid and cleared. Deposit is non refundable.

We accept payment via paypal, card , bank transfer, cash or cheque.

Balance Payment
Final Balance must be paid one month before the wedding date.

Cancelation
We strongly recommend that you take out Wedding Insurance to protect yourselves as some weddings need to be cancelled and our cancellation charges are as follows:
1 month or more prior to the date – deposit only
1 month or less prior to date – 100% total cost.
If for any reason beyond our control we cannot produce your wedding film (death, injury, sickness etc.) we will refund the cost of any payment made in full and that will be the limit of our liability.

Music Choices
Please supply us with any choice of music before your wedding – a list via email is best with 12-15 songs, mixture of upbeat and slower songs. If no music choice is given we will choose the music, based on music used in your ceremony/ dances and a charge will be made if you wish to change these.

Itinerary
Please supply an itinerary of your wedding day in advance and make us aware of any stop off for photos in between venues or any surprises. It is also helpful if you can provide full addresses for any venues or stop offs. Failure to provide this information and/or to communicate any changes on the day may result in missed coverage for which we cannot be held responsible.

On the Day
We aim to arrive aprox 1 hour before your ceremony time with the exception of bridal preparation, which we would make arrangements to suit. The price covers all shooting time until end time agreed as per the package chosen.

It is your responsibility to obtain any or all permissions and licenses that may be necessary for any location or venue to be used. No responsibility is accepted for restrictions placed on us by wedding officials (including, but not restricted to, position of cameras) so please ensure they are informed. We will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests or other suppliers hired on the day. It is important that you inform your guests that professional videographers will be present and to try their best not to obstruct our view or interfere with our equipment.

Every effort will be made to ensure your event is recorded in full on the day. A back-up camera is carried to minimise problems caused by equipment failure and this is also used to film certain parts of the event from a different angle. No liability is accepted for failure of performance due to any other circumstances beyond our control.

Exclusivity
No other videographer should be covering the same event (paid or unpaid).  Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage.

Turnaround time

Your finished wedding video (subject to changes) will be ready approx 4-6 months after the event – this may be longer during the peak wedding season.

Re-Edits / Faulty Discs
Small changes to the initial edit can be made. The first couple of hours are free but after that are subject to £100 p/h of editing time and must be requested within 7 days of the  delivery.

Copyright
We retains the copyright to all material recorded on the day.  We also reserve the right to show a highlights montage on our website, Facebook or at wedding shows.
